"Χελώνες" σε υψόμετρο 670 μέτρων, με βορειοδυτικό προσανατολισμό προς το όρος Βόρας.
Οινοποίηση / Παλαίωση:
Προζυμωτική εκχύλιση σε ελεγχόμενο περιβάλλον, αλκοολική ζύμωση σε διαβαθμισμένες θερμοκρασίες. Παραμονή του κρασιού για 2 μήνες στις οινολάσπες του με περιοδική ανάδευση.
Γευστικά χαρακτηριστικά:
Κρυστάλλινο, λαμπερό με υποκίτρινο χρώμα, με ελαφρά πρασινωπές ανταύγειες. Μύτη έντονη, τυπική της ποικιλίας, με αρώματα λευκών λουλουδιών, εσπεριδοειδών και διακριτικών αρωματικών βοτάνων. Στο στόμα είναι γεμάτο με εξαιρετική ισορροπία-δροσιά και φινέτσα. Ζωηρή και μακράς διάρκειας επίγευση.
Αρμονία:
Συνοδεύει ισορροπημένες πράσινες σαλάτες, ζυμαρικά, ψητά λαχανικά, αφρόψαρα τηγανιτά, θαλασσινούς μεζέδες και πολύ μεγάλη ποικιλία ψαριών στη σχάρα.
Ιδανική απόλαυση στους 11-12º C.
