Ποικιλιακή Σύνθεση:
Gewürztraminer 85%, Μαλαγουζιά 15%.

Περιοχή / Αμπελοτόπι:
Αμπελουργική ζώνη Αμυνταίου.
"Άλογα", σε υψόμετρο 690 μέτρων, με βορειοδυτικό προσανατολισμό, "βλέποντας" το όρος Βόρας.

Οινοποίηση / Παλαίωση:
Ελεγχόμενη αλκοολική ζύμωση σε ανοξείδωτες δεξαμενές σε αδρανές περιβάλλον. Παραμονή του κρασιού για 9 μήνες στις λεπτές οινολάσπες του
με περιοδική ανάδευση. 15 μήνες σε νέα γαλλικά δρύινα βαρέλια Bertrange και κατ’ ελάχιστο 12 μήνες στην φιάλη.

Γευστικά χαρακτηριστικά:
Ο υπερόψιμος τρύγος επιτρέπει στο σταφύλι να αφυδατωθεί φυσικά επάνω στο κλίμα ενισχύοντας τον αρωματικό χαρακτήρα και την γεύση του. Ένας επιδόρπιος οίνος πλήρους γεύσης με αρωματικά στοιχεία από τριαντάφυλλο και λουκούμι που συνεχίζει με νότες ώριμου αχλαδιού, βερίκοκου
και τελειώνει με βοτανικά στοιχεία τυπικά του Gewürztraminer. Τα σάκχαρα βρίσκονται σε άριστη ισορροπία με την οξύτητα, με το τελικό αποτέλεσμα να είναι πολύπλοκο, με ευχάριστη μακρά επίγευση.

Αρμονία:
Συνδυάζεται αρμονικά με επιδόρπια που έχουν σαν βάση τα φρούτα, κυδώνια ψητά στο σιρόπι τους, γαλακτομπούρεκο, ρεβανί σκέτο ή με παγωτό βανίλια, λουκουμάδες με μέλι. Επιλεγμένες λιχουδιές όπως μπλε τυριά όλων των ειδών, foie gras, τερίνες φτερωτού κυνηγιού.

Ιδανική απόλαυση στους 12-13º C.
