Οινοποίηση / Παλαίωση:
Προζυμωτική εκχύλιση σε ελεγχόμενο περιβάλλον, αλκοολική ζύμωση σε διαβαθμισμένες θερμοκρασίες. Παραμονή του κρασιού για 4 μήνες στις λεπτές οινολάσπες του με περιοδική ανάδευση.

Γευστικά χαρακτηριστικά:
Κρυστάλλινο, λαμπερό με υποκίτρινο χρώμα, με ελαφρά πρασινωπές ανταύγειες. Μύτη έντονη και πλούσια, τυπική της ποικιλίας, με αρώματα εσπεριδοειδών, φρούτων του πάθους και με γλυκιά χροιά πεπονιού στο τέλος. Στο στόμα είναι ιδιαίτερα γεμάτο, ηδύ, λιπαρό, με εξαιρετική ισορροπία-δροσιά και φινέτσα. Ζωηρή επίγευση που συντελεί στη μακρά παραμονή των αρωμάτων.

Αρμονία:
Συνοδεύει μεγάλη ποικιλία θαλασσινών, ωμά ή αχνιστά οστρακοειδή, ζυμαρικά με κρεμώδης σάλτσες, ψητά λαχανικά, sushi, ασιατική κουζίνα και πολύ μεγάλη ποικιλία ψαριών στη σχάρα.

Ιδανική απόλαυση στους 12-14º C.
